NEW KITS FOR SEASON 2017/2018

For the 2017/18 Nelson Cavaliers AFC are, again, grateful to The Trade Centre Wales for their 2nd season as kit sponsors along with new local businesses Webbers Fish Bar and Milano Teamwear for their commitment to the club with kit sponsorship.

The Trade Centre Wales again sponsored the 1st team with an away kit.

Webbers@NelsonFishBar have sponsored the 2nd team with a new kit for home games.

Local kit suppliers, Milano Teamwear, have supplied all the new kits along with a kit to be used by the Cavaliers Vets teams.

Nelson Cavaliers players and management are extremely grateful to all sponsors for their commitment.

Nelson Cavaliers Host Touring Team.

Nelson Cavaliers Vets hosted Chartham Real Stars FC for their third visit to the locality.

The weekend coincided with the Cavaliers annual Gentleman’s Evening, this year the guest speaker was Manchester United legend Lee Sharpe and all those who attended had a great evening.

Chartham’s weekend continued with a match against Cavaliers Vets which ended in a 3-3 draw and continued with after-match refreshments at the Dynevor Arms, Nelson.

Sunday saw Chartham play a Combined Aged Welsh Veterans team and, after a very heavy weekend of drinking, saw them lose 8-1.

Hopeful a return visit can be arranged and perhaps a visit to Chartham next time?
